Due to retirement Rogers Stevens and Chance are no longer able to take on new clients or new business but would like to thank our many clients for their instructions and support some over many years.

Unfortunately it has not been possible to find anyone suitable with adequate qualifications, expertise and local knowledge to undertake valuations which were a large element of the business.

Regarding future commercial valuation instructions we are referring clients to Martine Waghorn in Maidstone.
